Construction Manager
The Construction Manager is responsible for the planning, coordination and overall execution of construction projects. They work with architects, engineers and subcontractors to ensure that all aspects of a project are completed on time and within budget. The Construction Manager will be required to develop, maintain and monitor project plans as well as review progress against key performance indicators. In addition to ensuring safety regulations are met at all times, it is also their responsibility to protect client interests through efficient use of resources such as materials, labour etc… This role requires an individual who can think creatively so they can find solutions quickly when encountering any issues throughout the course of a project.

The Project Manager is the key representative of our team on construction projects. They coordinate with team members, contractors, and vendors to ensure tasks are completed within budget and on schedule. The Manager provides oversight over resources, quality control, safety protocols and subcontractors for successful project completion. They also develop relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction throughout the process.
